With my 1:1 coaching, I take full control of your transformation. This is a high-touch, high-precision program. You’re busy and you don’t have time to guess what to eat, how much to eat, what to train, how much cardio you need, or how to optimize your hormones. Every week, I tell you exactly what your nutrition should be, what to do in the gym, how much cardio to do, and every detail required to transform your physique. I guide every aspect of what it takes to become physically exceptional.
I do this with men who don’t have hours a day to work out. I do this with men who need efficient ways to stay consistent. No large coaching company will give you direct access to a top-level professional bodybuilder who understands both high level training and how to build a plan around a demanding life.
I worked in finance for 14 years. I invest in real estate. I renovate my properties. I have a family and a two-year-old daughter. I know what it's like to be busy. I don’t expect you to live like I do — but this is a no-bullshit program, and I do expect effort.
I don’t have “secrets,” I don’t do magic, and I won’t pretend I can… but no one else can either. You’ll see the marketing gimmicks promising easy success — it’s all nonsense. I’m a boutique coach because I refuse to dilute my standards. When you work with me, you work with me — not a personal trainer assigned through a large company or pulled from a gym floor, often following a generic approach with limited real coaching depth — someone who may mainly focus on workouts without much practical understanding of nutrition beyond basic calorie restriction and weight loss methods.
Every client is different. Some train in full gyms, some at home with minimal equipment. Some have 5 days a week to train, some have 3. We adjust everything to fit what’s actually possible for you.

My name is Scott Dennis and I started my fitness journey when I was just a 15 year old kid who wanted to be bigger and stronger for football. It was at that same time that I picked up my first bodybuilding magazine and since that day I’ve lived a healthy obsession with transforming my body. To do this even during my teenage years I started studying what world class physiques do not only for training but also nutrition as I knew at that young age it would take a level of discipline and knowledge in both of those fields to transform and continually progress my physique.
I would go on to play college baseball and after that was done I would play a few years in Semi-Professional football. During all of this time I had continued working on my physique daily. In 2014 I decided I was going to compete in my first bodybuilding show which I would win and fell in love with competing. Just over a year later I would go on to win Nationals and become an IFBB Professional. This is when my studying of training and nutrition really started to accelerate. As a professional bodybuilder I would qualify and compete at the Mr. Olympia contest. This is the Super Bowl of bodybuilding and also the same competition that Arnold Schwarzenegger would famously win 7 times before moving on to acting.
For the last ten years I have been coaching both lifestyle and competitive bodybuilders both male and female. I’ve helped transform physiques and turn amateurs into professionals. All of these accomplishments from clients of mine have been just as, if not more rewarding than my own and take so much pride in being the one guiding these individuals. I’m still a competitive bodybuilder today even with a busy life and a family raising my two year old daughter. I like to use my own story and my own journey to inspire other people and show them what can be accomplished when you truly work hard and have a proper plan and guidance in front of you.
