ABOUT ME

Passion. Persistence. Dedication.

I am an IFBB Classic Physique Pro.  I have recently just made this change this past season as I was originally competing in the Men's Physique division.  My passion for bodybuilding started when I was 15 years old when I saw my first bodybuilding magazine. Working out and eating healthy has been a huge part of my life since then. 
In 2014 I decided to do my first competition where I won my class at the Jay Cutler Classic.  This took my passion for the bodybuilder sport to another level.  In 2015, less than a year later, I win my Pro Card at my third show ever at the NPC Jr. Nationals. My rookie season in the IFBB, I placed top 5 at the NY Pro, 2nd at the Baltimore Pro, and finished top 5 at my last show of the year.  The following year 2017, I would go on to win my first professional show and attend the Olympia.  I have placed top 5 at just about every show I did in the Men's Physique Division but when I think about the physique that I am working to build, it is hitting bodybuilding shots. So this year 2020, I decided to follow my heart and move up to the Classic Physique division. 
My passion for bodybuilding, and all the knowledge I've gained since I started competing in 2014, has inspired me to also help others in building their dream physiques.  I not only enjoy seeing my clients progress with their physiques, but I try my best to help and mentor them progress in life all around!
